Meet Nexo Residences, a 15-story residential tower slated for North Miami Beach. Scheduled for completion in 2025, the high-rise venture will comprise 254 units, measuring 632 square feet to 2,464 square feet each.
Per Miami Residence, they will feature studio to four-bedroom layout plans. In- unit amenities include smart key access, European-style kitchens with quartz countertops, and washers and dryers. Communal amenities include a fifth-floor amenity deck with a fitness center, outdoor bar, resort-style swimming pool, and two spas.
Other amenities include a two-story tech center, co-working spaces, and Wi-Fi in the common areas. There are no limitations on who can rent the units, allowing owners to rent out their homes using platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.
Fortune International Group and Blue Road are the developers. Frankel Benayoun Architects Inc. designed Nexo Residences, and Urban Root is the landscape architect. Per Miami Residential, homes range from $746,000 to $1.2 million. That’s about $929 per square foot.
Nexo Residences’ address is 13899 Biscayne Boulevard, North Miami Beach, Florida, 33181, in Miami-Dade County. Prior to the start of construction, Google Earth shows that the build site once hosted a low-rise office building. Nexo Residences will be east of I-95 and north of Florida 195.
