Communal amenities include a fifth-floor amenity deck with a fitness center, outdoor bar, resort-style swimming pool, and two spas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other amenities include a two-story tech center, co-working spaces, and Wi-Fi in the common areas. There are no limitations on who can rent the units, allowing owners to rent out their homes using platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortune International Group and Blue Road are the developers. Frankel Benayoun Architects Inc. designed Nexo Residences, and Urban Root is the landscape architect. Prior to the start of construction, Google Earth shows that the build site once hosted a low-rise office building.
